The Woolshire Pillow

If you would like a pillow adjustment:

We want everyone to be 100% satisfied with their pillow from The Woolshire. If you find that your pillow needs more or less wool, please contact us and we will send you a return label, modify your pillow accordingly, and ship it back to you, entirely complimentary.


If you would like to return altogether:

If you are not satisfied with your pillow within 30 days of the purchase date, send your pillow back to us and receive a full refund. In the case of a full return, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Please note: one pillow per address is covered for a full return. 

If a pillow has been modified it is considered final sale. 

If a pillow is marked down over 20% such as in the case of cosmetic defects, these are considered final sale.
